User acknowledges all Content, including but not limited to, images, graphics, logos, icons, text, captions, audio and video clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software (individually and collectively “Content”), contained on socialcurator.com (the “Site”) is the sole and exclusive property of Jasmine Star, LLC, or the property of our licensors or licensees, and the compilation of the Content on the Site is the sole and exclusive property of Jasmine Star, LLC, protected by United States trademark, trade dress and copyright law. User may not transfer her/his subscription, transfer Content, sell, lease, assign, or give away or anything similar thereof to a third party.
User may edit, alter and/or manipulate images as long as User does not violate any restricted uses. Additionally, User may not edit, alter and/or manipulate images, including but not limited to, content containing profanity, sexually explicit material, unlawful material, hate speech or any other offensive material.
By becoming a User you acknowledge your subscription is a non-exclusive limited use license of all Content provided by Social Curator. As a User you may use Social Curator Content for professional use in the normal course of your business and for personal use.
User may not use Social Curator images to promote stock image related trainings (workshops, online courses, webinars, newsletters, blog posts).
Unless User has purchased a Multi-License Subscription, User may not use Social Curator Content for other people, other businesses, or other accounts and social media platforms. Each subscription is an individual account for one (1) sole member. If using images for others and has not purchased a Multi-License Subscription, a separate subscription must be purchased for each client/account. One (1) usage license is granted per purchase.
User may not use Content in any way that allows others to download, extract, or redistribute same.
User may not use Content in a defamatory or other unlawful manner.
User may not allow or grant permission to other companies or individuals to repurpose Content for commercial, promotional, endorsement, advertising or merchandising purposes.
User may not use Content as part of a trademark, design mark, trade name, business name, service mark, or logo.
Where the main value lies in the Content itself, you may not use Content in connection with any goods or services intended for resale or distribution.
The rights granted to User are non-transferable and non-sublicensable (User cannot transfer, license, or sub-license to anyone else).
