We have an opening for a Marketing Project Manager who wants to skyrocket the expansion of the Social Curator brand and play a key role in the success of the team...the job perks include dad jokes, working independently, and laughter during stressful moments.  

The Marketing Project Manager assists the Marketing Director in building and overseeing marketing projects.

Here's what's involved (we can teach you!):  

  • Outline and create project plans for new marketing initiatives
  • Create tasks, set deadlines, and assign responsibilities team-wide
  • Efficiently and effectively communicate pertinent information within tasks for the team 
  • Monitor and summarize progress of projects from start to finish
  • Evaluate and review deliverables to ensure messaging and designs meet brand standards and overall company objectives 
  • Build and maintain clear but simple and concise systems that are easy for the team to understand and follow
  • Be highly perceptive to what information team members need to complete their work and provide that information before they ask 
  • Be the first point of contact for team questions and be able to quickly and confidently problem solve
  • Assist in deploying successful launches and evergreen marketing campaigns; overseeing their implementation from ideation to execution
  • Oversee marketing KPI’s for launches and lead generation 
  • Conduct department-wide meetings to communicate new initiatives and strategy implementation
  • Assist the Marketing Director with other daily tasks as needed
  • All other tasks/duties as assigned

  • Time management skills - You are always on time (or early) and you know how to protect others' time so they are able to focus on their most important tasks

….and it would be great if you had:  

  • Previous digital marketing experience  (content creation, social media, project or account management, etc)
  • Experience working on a remote team
  • Proficiency preferred in Asana, Slack, G-Mail, etc. (or similar)
  • An interest in dessert (we love sweets!)

The nitty gritty:

  • There may be some travel required, including our annual team getaway
  • Available to work 25-40 hours per week between 8am to 6pm your time zone Monday - Friday
  • Based in the United States
