We have an opening for a second Community Administrator to join the team on a part-time basis. We're looking for someone who wants to explode their community management skills and play a key role in the success of the team...the job perks include dad jokes, working independently, and laughter during stressful moments.  

The Community Administrator plays an integral role on the team by supporting the Social Curator Manager to increase engagement in our online community for our users through daily posts, facilitating conversations, directing to applicable resources and empowering and inspiring our users to take action.

What you need to have:  

  • Previous experience managing a large and active online community with kindness
  • Prior experience creating engaging captions and following the brand voice of another person or company besides your own. 
  • Humility and Service – You focus on how you can build a vision bigger than the Founder, and yourself, in service of our customers and their dreams
  • Basic to intermediate understanding of social media marketing
  • Proficiency preferred in Asana, Slack, Google, Canva, etc.
  • Excellent Communication Skills - Strong Grammar/Spelling Skills
  • Ability to take feedback (negative or positive) from users and take action on it to improve
  • A logical thinker who processes outside of emotional connection
  • Ability to look at community analytics coupled with direct feedback from users to formulate recommendations and provide well-rounded insights and correlations to your manager.

  • Adaptability- You are able to be fluid and flexible in fast paced work environment and do not shut down when there is additional stress.

Here's what's involved:  

Work cooperatively and proactively with our other Community Administrator to:

  • Provide hands-on, backend support during LIVE presentations
  • Manage all submitted posts (reviewing three times a day, six days a week (taking off a predetermined Saturday or Sunday each week)
  • Provide support and engage with members in comments and DM's
  • Lead Take Action Together calls - 2x/month (virtual calls typically with 60-100 users) - must be comfortable on camera!
  • Sources questions for inclusion in live classes and shares with SC Manager
  • Track engagement metrics for all posts (48 hours after they go live) in the Community Map
  • Brainstorm ideas for new content to grow and engage our community and create a project plan to execute on those ideas
  • Report on analytics and department KPI's
  • Oversee the Community Moderator Team (5-6 moderators per quarter)

The nitty gritty:
